Liability and insurance
Quiet Touch Massage is a relaxation and wellness practice. Treatments are not medical care, not physiotherapy, not diagnosis or medical treatment. The client remains responsible for timely disclosure of health complaints and for consulting a doctor or qualified care provider for medical care.
Quiet Touch Massage operates under an obligation of effort, not of result. Any liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the relevant session, to the extent permitted by law.
Nature of the treatment
- —Quiet Touch Massage offers professional relaxation and wellness massage.
- —Not a medical treatment. Not a sensual or sexual service.
- —Treatments are not reimbursable by health insurance.
- —Exclusively for women aged 18 and over.
Booking, payment, and cancellation
- —An appointment is confirmed when both parties have agreed in writing (WhatsApp, email).

- —Within 24 hours the deposit is non-refundable. For no-shows the full amount is due.

- —For repeated rescheduling without a clear reason, QTM may ask for a deposit on follow-up appointments.
- —Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Privacy and data processing
QTM processes personal data exclusively for the purpose for which it was provided — preparing and delivering a safe, appropriate treatment, and the resulting administration and aftercare.
- —What is collected: contact details, intake/health data, session notes, invoice details.
- —How it is stored: encrypted in a secured folder. Not shared with third parties unless legally required.
- —How long: intake and health data for a maximum of five years after your last treatment. Then deleted or anonymised. Invoice data is kept seven years per Dutch tax law.
- —Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. A message is enough.
- —Complaints: may be filed with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Workspace and safety
QTM works in a closed room with no other persons present during the session. A partner or housemate may be home, but stays in a separate room throughout the massage.
QTM reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or end an appointment in the case of: men present in the same room during the session, intoxication, inappropriate communication or behaviour, or other circumstances under which QTM judges the treatment cannot safely or appropriately take place. In such cases the full session fee remains due.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the treatment, the communication, or the way of working, send me a message — I’ll handle it calmly and seriously, and we’ll look for a fitting resolution together.
Discretion
What is shared during intake or the massage — about your body, your health, your life — stays strictly between us. Discretion is not a marketing promise; it’s a self-evident part of the practice.
